Terms & Conditions

Our delivery time is between 7am-11am and pack-up is between when your party finishes and 9pm due to other hires on the day we won’t be able to give you a correct delivery and pack-up time, someone will need to be at your location during those times.

As we are a small family-run business and do as many hires as we can, please let us know if you are flexible around the date of your party so that we can organise previous-day delivery and/or next-day pickup in instances where we may have a large amount of hires on the same day.

A security deposit of $50 is asked of you to secure your hire as we do have a lot of interest in our hired items.

The balance of your hire fee must be paid on delivery or prior. We accept cash or card (please note if paying by card you will be charged an additional 2% due to fees).

We have afterpay (you will be charged an additional 6% due to fees).

If you decide before the hire that you don’t wish for or don’t require the item(s) then you will forfeit your deposit of $50. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.

Please note our inclement weather policy. If rain is forecast on your day of hire and you wish to cancel, we will hold your deposit as a raincheck for another date, provided you have given a minimum of 24 hours notice (There’s no use-by-date on a rain check). If less than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

Some of our jumping castles are weather resistant and some are not, so please ensure you have selected the correct castle before sending your deposit and confirming your booking. We are not liable for weather interrupting your use of our products, and no discounts will be provided for bad weather on the day.

Please make sure the path (1m wide) to the area is clear for us to bring all the equipment as due to our own safety rules we won’t be moving anything, also ALL dog poo MUST be picked up from the area.

NO one with face paint is allowed on the jumping castle at any time due to it destroying the castle by  permanently staining it

Please note that due to the new Australian standards, unfortunately castles can only go onto grass or inside halls as we can no longer use weights.
